Movistar Team racer wins sixth stage of the Tour of Ecuador

Macas, Ecuador. (Communication Social CDP).- Jaume Rovira (Team Movistar Ecuador) was the surprise of the day, crossing the finish line with a comfortable lead over his rival, Klever Quasker (Panavial) in the running of the sixth stage of XXXIV Tour Cycling to Ecuador, which after 150 kilometers of travel arrived in the city of Macas from Riobamba.

CDP team makes history in the Tour of Ecuador José Bone

Chone, Ecuador. (Press CDP).- The fifth stage of the 34th Cycling Tour to Ecuador traveled 117 miles between Bahia and Chone, and again Joseph Bone (CDP) passed the finish line first with a time of 2:37:10 hours.

This Monday is the rest day caravan and shall move to the city of Riobamba, to continue on Tuesday with the sixth stage between Riobamba and Macas, for a distance of 150.8 kilometers.

Juvenile Caribbean Cycling Championships

Havana. (Communication and Copaci Press).- Thanks to the collaboration of the Puerto Rican Ismael Fuentes, today completed the publication of the results of the Youth Championships Caribbean Caribbean Route.
The event, which hosted Surinam, Fuentes served as president of the College of Commissioners, appointed by the Pan American Cycling Confederation (COPACI).

Pan-American Cyclocross Championships Approaching

Cincinnati, USA. (Brook Watts, Cycling Press).- The first ever Pan-American Cyclocross Championships comes to the US city of Cincinnati Ohio on November 2. The championship includes categories for U-23 men, Junior Men, Elite Women and Youth Women (Junior/U-23). Elite Men are not included in 2014 but Category 2 race is offered for the Elite Men on the same course.

The Pan-American Championship on Sunday is preceded by 2 days of racing on Friday and Saturday in Cincinnati providing preparation for athletes who may be new to the discipline of Cyclocross.
