Punta del Este will host the Pan American Championship of individual time trial and road to be held between Tuesday, April 22 and Sunday, April 27. The event, which gathers the best riders of the continent, will be held in Uruguay for the second time.
The event will be held on the Lorenzo Batlle Pacheco promenade, where competitions will be held for the junior, under-23 and elite categories, in both the men’s and women’s categories.
From Tuesday, April 22nd to Sunday, April 27th, a prestigious event that reaffirms Maldonado as the Capital of Sport will take place, organized by the Pan American Cycling Confederation (Copaci).
The competition will unfold along the Rambla Lorenzo Batlle Pacheco with the participation of the best cyclists of America in the modalities of Individual Time Trial and Road for Junior, Under-23 and Elite categories, both male and female, on a circuit of 13.1 kilometers per lap.
The delegations arrived on Monday 21 and during the afternoon of Tuesday 22 will check registrations and licenses, and then participate in a technical congress.
