Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago – Renowned Barbados cyclist Amber Joseph has proven once again that she is not only a powerhouse on the pedals, but also a rising leader off the track and velodrome.

The national cyclist officially added a new title to her name last week after achieving UCI Level II Certified Coach status, following completion of the prestigious program in Trinidad and Tobago.

Known for her grit, speed, and relentless pursuit of excellence on the international stage, Joseph is expanding her impact on the sport. The new certification strengthens her already impressive portfolio, allowing her to continue competing at the highest level while also laying the foundation to mentor and guide future generations of cyclists.

“The longevity of sport lies in those who invest in it and pass the baton,” said the President of the Barbados Cycling Union. “Amber is now positioned not only to inspire, but to educate and lead,” he commented. This latest achievement marks an exciting chapter in Joseph’s journey, one in which she remains firmly in the saddle, but with an expanded vision for the future of the sport.

Amber, your country rides with you. Keep going, on and off the bike!
