In a spectacular start to the season, Paula Patiño continued her winning streak, securing another victory with Laboral Kutxa – Fundación Euskadi, this time in the third classic of El Salvador. She outsprinted Francesca Hall (Roland Cogeas Cycling Team) in the Grand Prix Longitudinal del Norte.

After a tough day in the mountains, the Basque team regained control of the Salvadoran race, and it was the Colombian rider who took the lead in the final kilometers to claim victory in a hard-fought finish.

The podium of the Central American competition was completed by Italian Giorgia Vettorello, also of the Roland Cogeas Cycling Team, who secured three top positions, with Spain’s Ainara Albert finishing fourth.

The top 5 was completed by the young Carmelite, Angie Mariana Londoño, from the Colombian National Team, signing another great performance after the podium obtained in the Grand Prix El Salvador two days ago.
