On the third day of track cycling competitions at the Lima-Ayacucho 2025 Bolivarian Games, the Colombian delegation once again reached the top of the podium. This time it was Lina Marcela Hernández who won Colombia’s sixth gold medal in this discipline.

The cyclist from Antioquia, who scored 149 points, secured the gold medal in the omnium after excelling in the scratch, tempo, elimination, and points races.

The podium was completed by Chile’s Scarlett Cortés in second place with 137 points, while Venezuela’s Lilibeth Chacón took third with 134 points. With this result, the Colombian team completed six gold medals in track cycling at the Bolivarian Games, held at the Videna sports complex in the Peruvian capital.
