The Ecuadorian squad of Movistar Best PC announced the final roster for the Vuelta Costa Rica Telecable 2022, and at the last minute they made a change and will bring Colombian Marco Suesca who was recently crowned champion of the Vuelta Chiriquí, in Panama.

The Ecuadorians did not think of bringing Sueca, who was the most recent contract, however the good performance and the title that Chiriquí achieved made the coach change his mind and they will now seek the title of the Vuelta Costa Rica.

The continental category formation will face the Costa Rican round from Friday, December 16, with three experienced riders such as Byron Guamá, Santiago Montenegro and Pablo Caicedo.

The squad is completed by Ecuadorian cyclist Joel Fuertes and Venezuelan Carlos Gálviz, who will also debut with the South American team in the Costa Rican race, which will include the participation of six foreign teams: two Ecuadorians, one Panamanian, one Colombian, one Dutch and one Spanish.

The runners will face ten stages between December 16 and 25, totaling 1,100 kilometres, in an attractive route for all tastes that includes flat, high and medium mountain stages as well as a decisive time trial.
