Andrea Álzate (Colnago CM Team) prevailed with authority in the first stage of the Vuelta al Tolima and is the leader of the test that in its first set was completed over 52 kilometers, starting in Espinal and arriving in Ibagué.

In the final packaging, the Colnago CM Team runner prevailed over Mónica Vargas (Merquimia Proyecta) and Jeniffer Medellín (EF Andean Area) who occupied the second and third position in this opening day.

The second stage of the Tolima test will take place this Friday over a distance of 44 kilometers between Lleida and Líbano, passing through two mountain passes, The Agreement that concludes at kilometer 29, next to the Alto de La Virgen of the first category to a kilometer from the arrival.

 For his part, Aldemar Reyes (EMP) won on the day starting and finishing in Ibagué, leaving Carlos Gutiérrez (Sundark Arawuak) in second place, who fought the packaging.

The winner and leader used a time of 2 hours 47 minutes 40 seconds for the 146 kilometer stage.

 In the third box was Juan Pablo Suárez (EPM), who led the main batch that reached the goal 31 seconds after the winning pair.

 This Friday the second stage of the Vuelta al Tolima will take place, a race that restarted the Colombian calendar, between Ibagué and Lebanon, of 106 kilometers.
