Anet Barrera, the Patobike BMC cyclist took 5th place in the Joe Martin race, after finishing 12th in the critérium this Sunday. The event was won by American Skylar Schneider, from the L39ION of Los Angeles team.

For the cyclist, this competition in the United States was a great experience. “I feel that it was a great opportunity to measure the level I have and that I still need to improve, my coach and I have analyzed the race a lot and we are going to work hard to improve some aspects so that in the next race we will go for everything.”

Several Mexicans participated in this competition and the best place for our cyclists went to Anet Barrera, who from the first of the four stages, arrived in fifth place and did not let go. She is a Mexican cyclist who is giving results.

Barrera was also sixth in the mountain classification and ninth in points, so her performance, in the midst of American, Canadian and Australian riders can be classified as outstanding.
