PARK CITY, USA. The Belgian cyclist Ben Hermans (Israel Academy) has imposed himself in the fifteenth edition of the Tour of Utah after maintaining the leadership in the sixth and final stage, with a mountainous profile and 125.9 kilometers (78.3 miles) with departure and arrival in Park City

Hermans, who was wearing the yellow jersey of the leader after winning the victory in the second stage and secured it with a new victory in the third, overcame without difficulty the last obstacle to finish at the top of the podium of the American round.

The podium was completed by the Canadian James Piccoli (Elevate KHS Pro Cycling) and the American Joe Dombrowski (Education First), second and third in the drawer of the 2.HC test of the UCI America Tour calendar.

The last stage victory was Dombrowski ahead of the Portuguese João Almeida (Hagens Berman Axeon) and the local Keegan Swirbul (Floyd’s Pro Cycling), second and third respectively.

Hermans succeeded Sepp Kuss, winner in 2018 in the winners of the American round. (EFE).
