For his part, another Cuban Joselín Piedra dominated the Master B with 72 points, followed by Karlos Pérez (Oeste Team) with 65 and Panamanian Juan Cubilla (SPI Cycling Team) with 56.

In Master A, the Panamanian Fernando Ureña (Descarados Cycling Club) accumulated 56 points in three days of racing to win the award, completing the rungs of the final general classification Yuniel Álvarez (Rali Store) with 48 and Eduard Castillo (Sharka Team) with 48.

A third Cuban, Hamlet Castillo, was the great winner of the Youth category with 67 points, surpassing José Morales (59) and Cristian Muñoz (Caminos de Omar) with 58 points.
