The national women’s route selector, Javier Bonilla, defined the call for the Central American Road Championship in Chiriquí, Panama.

The Central American Road Championship will be held on November 21 and 22 on Panamanian soil. Costa Rica arrives at this Central American with the objective of repeating what was achieved in 2019 in Managua, where our country achieved 1,2 and 3 with María José Vargas, Natalia Navarro and Marcela Rubiano in the road test.

While, in the individual time trial, our country in the Central American past had obtained the two golds, since Natalia Navarro won the elite category and Jennifer Morales the U23 category.

In this call, the two Sub 23 cyclists, Angie Bogantes and Sharon Ramírez, stand out, who will debut with our national team in an international event.
