COCHABAMBA, BOLIVIA. The Pan American Track Cycling Championship 2019 will be in this Bolivian city between September 3 and 8, announced the Pan American Cycling Confederation (COPACI), chaired by the Cuban José Manuel Peláez.
After concluding the cycling tournament of the Pan American Games in Lima, the modern Cochabamba velodrome will become the epicenter of continental track cycling.
With the approval of COPACI, the organizing committee of the continental contest and the Bolivian Cycling Federation are making preparations to make Cochabamba the capital of track cycling in the Americas. (Copaci Press)
