Ispaché Rodas, from the Decorabaños team, completed the four laps of the mountainous circuit with a time of 1 hour, 17 minutes and 35 seconds, to beat Mexican Jaime Miranda, from JMJ Sport Coaching, and Honduran Luis López, from Ópticas Deluxe, by 21 seconds. , for 58 seconds.

The Mexican Campuzano, from Specialized-Guacamole, completed her circuits in 1 hour, 11 minutes and 59 seconds, taking 6 minutes and 59 seconds ahead of her compatriot Elizabeth Domínguez, from Brava, while third place went to Flori de León from MTB-Relaxejeros, 10:40 minutes from the winner.

In the male youth category, the Mexican Luciano Esquivias, from Italika ARV, stopped the clocks in 1:08:24, ahead of the Puerto Rican Alberto Chinea (1:11:53) and the Guatemalan D’Alessandro Gómez (1:13: 25).

In the female youth, it was the Guatemalan María Jazmín Alvarado Castañeda, from the MTB-Relaxejer, who achieved the best time, completing the circuits in 1:09:42, followed by her compatriots Sara Lisbeth Bala Tax, from the Sololá Association, with a time of 1:18:27, and Dulce Mishell Escobar Bautista, from the Quetzaltenango Association, 18:53 apart from the winner.
