In the highest category there were no surprises, Daniela Campuzano from Hidalgo and Gerardo Ulloa who runs for Guanajuato, representatives of our country in the 2020 MTB World Championship demonstrated their level on the 5-kilometer track, each winning their competitions

Both cyclists entered the finish line alone, celebrating and thus closing a difficult season for the sport in the world, remarkably happy the national champions know that the event is part of their Olympic dream, the National MTB championship distributes points in the UCI ranking and Mexican cyclists in addition to adding units will once again wear the jersey with the colors of their flag on the chest during the next season

It is worth highlighting the success of the organizers, the government institutions of Durango and the Mexican Cycling Federation itself, who implemented a series of sanitary filters to keep cyclists protected during the event, so the National Championship could be held this year without getting lost. those points in the ranking.
