In another massive arrival, Nicolás Tivani (Agrupación Virgen de Fátima) won the second stage of the Vuelta del Porvenir San Luis 2022, disputed over 185.6 kilometers with start and finish in La Toma. Mauricio Quiroga (Team Coraza) kept the lead of the race.
The member of the San Juan team covered the entire journey in 4 hours, 27 minutes and 57 seconds. Gerardo, brother of the winner and teammate, came second. In third place was the Colombian Jordan Parra, from Construcciones Zea-El Faro Eléctrico, but in the end he was disqualified. So the leader Mauricio Quiroga (Coraza Hierros) got on the podium as third.
As for the Colombians, the best beetle was again the Cundinamarca rider Luis Carlos Chía (Construcciones Zea-El Faro Eléctrico), who finished in fourth position.
This Friday at the El Durazno roundabout, the third stage will start, an individual time trial of 12.7 kilometers. The first 10 of the general will start every 2 minutes. At one in the afternoon, Colombian time, the first runner will leave.
