BOGOTÁ. In the first two days of the National Championship of mountain biking that takes place in the city of Manizales, during this weekend, and left the first champions in the categories Relay and Eliminator.

In the men’s Eliminator category, the podium went to Juan Pablo Zapata (Valle del Cauca), who won the gold medal, followed by Johan Cañaveral (Risaralda) and Jhon Garzón de Cundinamarca.

Meanwhile, the female champion of this Friday was the experienced Valentina Abril (Bogota), the silver medal was for Valeria García and the bronze medal for Lady Vasallo (Bogotá).

On Saturday very early, the competition with the relay finals continued, where Cundinamarca won the title of: Jhon Fredy Garzón, Jonathan Cantor, Ana Maria Roa, Yosiana Quintero and Diyer Rincon.

While the silver medal went to Antioquia, with: Jerónimo Bedoya, Cristian Aranzazu, Valentina Garcés, Monica Calderón and Jonathan Botero.

Closing with the bronze medal, the department of Valle del Cauca with: Juan Pablo Zapata, Natalia Figueroa, Jampier Medina, Sandra Ospina and Juan Fernando Monroy.

This Saturday the program will continue as follows in the Pista Bosque Popular El Prado (Manizales): 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and of 2 p.m. at 5 p.m. for the Olympic Cross Country.

While the action for the dawnhilleros will be between 8 and 10 a.m. trainings in all categories with track closing between 10 and 11 a.m.
