SAN JOSE. The runner Artur Ershov left the third stage of the Vuelta a Costa Rica. Another triumph for the Russian National Team, which on Sunday had already celebrated the first day.

The 136-kilometer route between La Cruz and Nicoya left 6 riders as protagonists who put emotion at the end of the race.

The Chilean Ricardo Paredes was a figure to set the pace, followed by the Russian Ershov, the Honduran Luis Lopez and the Costa Rican Sub 23 Sebastián Moya.

The final packaging of 300 meters left as a winner the Russian Ershov with an unofficial time of little more than 3 hours. Lopez was second and Moya third.

The group of favorites arrived with a difference of 5 minutes, which did not alter the general at all. Efrén Santos remains leader, followed by Diego Cano and Elías Vega.

This Wednesday will be the fourth fraction between Liberia – Cañas – Limonal – Nicoya over 172.1 kilometers.
